Our complete order, payment, registration and shipping process is as follows ;
“There is a copy of the order sent to the customer when order is placed, “No payment is requested at that time”. The shipping/delivery cost, if any, is included in the invoice sent from FreshBooks / WePay Chase (credit/debit card processor) and references customer’s order placed. WePay/Chase invoice with include a pay now button where customer choose either debit or credit card as their payment method. This process reduces the potential for fraudulent credit/debit card abuse as WePay Chase is the only entity that has the customer’s payment information. Customer has 90 day Payment Protection through WePay Chase as well as through their credit/debit card provider. Please contact us if you don’t receive this invoice or if it’s incorrect, you may need to check your junk/spam folder.
We also provide a complete registration document set on all street legal products, sent to the registering owners address (We ask you email the vin number along with the name/address of the registering owner up on receipt of your unit by email). This process confirms the vin number on your unit is correct along with the registering information, all documents is filled out complete including the MCO, BOS & ODS and will arrive in 2 to 3 business days at NO CHARGE. The state of LA. requires the MCO to be notarized by the seller for registration at your local DMV Office in which we do.
Finally a BOL (Bill Of Laden) is sent to our customer, after pickup, that will allow them to track, arrange and confirm the location of their shipment while in transit. If shipping to, and being held at the carrier terminal is selected they will be capable of picking up from 8:00 am til 5:00+ pm Mon. thru Friday. Arrangements can be made to custom the fit the customer’s needs by contacting the terminal direct on pick-ups”.
